Terms of Service

1. What ATI is. ATI provides trading education, software tools, alert signals, and community access. Everything ATI publishes — strategies, signals, alerts, mirrored trades, lessons, indicators, and commentary — is provided for educational purposes only and is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

2. No advice, no management. ATI is not a registered investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, broker-dealer, or fiduciary. ATI never accesses, holds, or manages your funds or accounts. Any trade you place — manually or through automation you configure — is your decision and your responsibility, executed through your own accounts with third parties that ATI does not control.

3. Subscriptions and billing. Paid products bill through Stripe. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you may cancel at any time and access continues through the end of the paid period. One-time enrollment fees are charged once at purchase.

4. Refunds.All sales are final. Market conditions, broker behavior, third-party platforms, and configuration on your end are outside ATI’s control. Review all product documentation before purchasing. Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time to stop future billing.

5. Access. Product access is delivered through Discord roles and associated tools. Access is personal to you — sharing, reselling, or redistributing content, signals, or software is prohibited and grounds for termination without refund.

6. Third-party services. Products may require third-party services (e.g., charting platforms, brokers, execution tools) that you obtain and configure yourself, under their terms. ATI is not responsible for their performance, availability, or fees.

7. No guarantees.Past performance is not indicative of future results. No representation is made that any account will achieve profits or losses similar to any shown. ATI services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind; to the maximum extent permitted by law, ATI’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding month.
